Welcome to my Web site. I hope it will be useful to you as you consider therapy for you or your family. In my practice, I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents and adults, as well as family and couples therapy.

My work is based on the belief that at the center of every therapeutic process is the relationship between client and therapist. At its best, this partnership is solid enough to form an emotional holding environment for the client, yet flexible enough to absorb progress and changes that occur during its course.

The therapeutic experience for each person is different, informed by temperament, history, and the issues at hand. Some clients respond best to an introspective, reflective approach, while others work best with directive, active methods. In my practice, I work with you to find the best clinical fit among a variety of clinical models.

Over the past ten years, I have worked with clients of all ages in a variety of settings, including public and private clinics, and in the schools. I have provided therapy to people struggling with a wide range of stressors and mental health disorders. In family therapy, I have practiced with whole families, parent/child dyads, as well as couples. I have also offered parent coaching and consultations.
